Pricing products by the ML\Bottle\Half Bottle etc
19/11/2025 | 2 min

For our Veterinary users Turbo Inventory (this covers Small Animal Practices, Large Animal Practices, Equine and Animal Hospitals) allows you to set different pricing points on products. This allows you to price the product by ML, then give a price break for a Bottle, Half Bottle or X ML. It is extremely helpful when opening bottles to use in the practice.

Setting up the product

  • Call up the product you want to set
  • Under Sell U.O.M enter the base unit (this is how you are going to keep track of the stock, per ML, Bottle, Half Bottle, etc)
  • Beside Price you will see a blue label with the text of the base unit, click this and the other available units will be available.
  • Set the Quantity and Selling Price
  • In pack size, this may need to be change. For instance is it comes in a Case of 12 100ML bottle and you have decided to stock the product by ML then this will need to be change to 1200 (12×100)

The above picture shows Adrenacaine Solution for Injection for Cattle, where the customer has decided to track the stock by ML and is charging 20c a ML
