Note: Although we’ve shown these steps with the example of how it looks in Turbo Inventory but you can find similar steps even if you are using any other software for managing your business.

Let’s find your customers first.

  • Go to Analytics
  • Find the Customer section
  • Select the Find your ‘lost’ customers report

By default the report shows customer who have not had an invoice in the last 12 months but did in the previous 12 months

You need to communicate with all these customers to try and being them back you your business

So now let us see how to get them back

The first thing you can do it assign this list to someone in your business to send a reminder email, or a phone call for a more personal touch.

The next thing you can down is use the Excel export (by pressing the down arrow)

Once you have this done you can then send them a post card, or better a letter with a voucher in it
