Feature 1: Quick Select Batch Numbers in the Invoice Screen
Functionality: When selling a Batch Tracking Product, if there is only one batch number this will be auto selected instead of show the pop up to manually select the batch information
Feature 2: Set different pricing per volume
Functionality: Products can now have different Selling Prices for different volume units, this allows you to set up one price for per ml or per 100ml or per case. You can read more about it here
Feature 3: Alerts and PAR Levels
Functionality: You can now set up Email Alert, run reports, of simply see the stock alerts level per product
Feature 4: Multi-Location
Functionality: When posting the Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Work Order, Stock Adjustment you now have the ability to select the location you wish to assign the document too. When creating a Staff member you have the ability to assign a default location. When assigned this is the location that is defaulted after logging in as this staff member
Feature 5: Multiple Contacts against the Customer
Functionality: Sometimes when working with B2B you will need to send the invoice to one contact for approval and then another to get paid. Now you can assign multiple contacts against the customer (like your CRM), then when the Sales Invoice is posted you are able to select the contact you want to email too
